Miraculous Prayer to Our Lady of Fátima to Ask for a Miracle of Health
“O Most Holy Virgin of Fátima,
who gave us a beautiful message of love,
unity, mercy and hope
at the Shrine, through the three little shepherds,
and who asked us never to cease praying
to obtain peace in the world,
peace in our homes and in our souls,
and to keep away, through our prayers,
the evils that threaten us,
the adversities that bring us sorrow
and the calamities that afflict us,
both in soul and in body,
grant us your maternal protection and assistance
at every moment of our lives,
especially in the bitter hours of illness.
Blessed Our Lady of Fátima,
health of the sick
and comforter of the afflicted,
moved by the prayers of the little shepherds,
Lucia de Jesús, Jacinta and Francisco Marto,
you have already worked wondrous healings
during the apparitions in Fátima,
and with great generosity you grant your miracles
in favour of all the afflicted and the sick.
We ask you to listen to us and hear us,
as, filled with hope, we now invoke you
and come to your maternal Heart
with filial trust,
begging for your powerful mediation before Jesus, your Son,
so that …….
may be relieved of their pain and distress,
and as soon as possible, if it is the will of the Heavenly Father,
may be healed of their illness.
Cast upon ……. a compassionate gaze
and remedy, with the tenderness of your loving hands,
the ailments and sufferings that afflict them.
Give them well-being, courage, strength, energy and patience,
and fill them with hope for a swift recovery.
You who have given so much good,
you who even today continue to work thousands of wonders
upon those who, full of hope,
have asked for your care and protection,
upon those who have begged for your miraculous intervention,
do not abandon …….
who is so greatly in need of your help.
Pour your compassionate graces and favours
upon their sick body
and help them to recover as soon as possible
from their serious illness.
Lady and Queen, Mother and friend,
most miraculous Virgin of Fátima,
listen to our fervent prayers
and grant us what we ask with complete trust.
We want ……. to remain by our side
for much longer and to be happy with us,
free from all affliction and healthy in body and soul.
Mother, give us your protection and help,
and guide us along the path of a living faith in Jesus,
our Lord and Saviour.
